  • Complete plumbing service including: emergency repair service; new piping installations and rough-ins; repairs of existing plumbing; relocation of piping and utilities; gas line installation; water heater service, maintenance and installation; water filtration/softener system installation; reverse osmosis systems; boiler/HVAC plumbing services; waste line installation and repair; rough-ins for new appliances; toilet, tub/shower, fixture installation; etc.

  • We install everything you can think of including: appliances; garbage disposals; hot water heaters; water filtration and softener systems; boilers, furnaces, air conditioning and HVAC systems; garage doors and openers; fencing; electrical and plumbing fixtures; smart home systems and home automation solutions; security cameras and systems; home theater and multi room audio solutions, etc.

Smart Home/Home Automation

  • We are experts in creating and maintaining unified smart home, home security and home automation systems which incorporate solutions for everything from lighting and thermostats, to safety and security, to appliances and more. We can even integrate systems that work with various home theater setups for a fully immersive smart home experience. We can come up with solutions that work with many platforms including computers/servers, tablets and mobile devices, and internet assistants (think: Google home, Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, etc.). If you have an idea for a smart home project, we can come up with a solution to make it a reality!

Electrical

  • Any electrical projects from smaller work like installing ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, troubleshooting switches or installing light dimmers, all the way up to larger work like new construction rough-ins, backup generator installations and service entrance/panel upgrades are no problem for me. I learned it all from my father and brother-in-law, both union electricians with more than half a century of experience between them.

 

FIXTURES

Got a chandelier or ceiling fan you need installed? Found that perfect art deco or mid-century lighting fixture at a flea market or antique shop, but are worried about its old internal wiring being safe? We can handle it! SWITCHES & DIMMERS

The right dimmer can not only set the mood, but save you money as well. We can accommodate both traditional switches and dimmers, as well as smart switching and lighting solutions that work with both hardwired fixtures and stand-alone lamps. These incorporate features such as remote, smart phone and voice control, programmable timers and smart routines for day to day use as well as when you are away on vacation, and even user selected color profiles to change your room's lighting between an infinite spectrum of white tones and colors. Sick of walking back out to your detached garage or workshop in the rain or cold to turn off that one light that you always leave on by accident? We can handle that too!
